The Hero Network West is undergoing some serious changes and it puts their city
under serious pressure as they scramble to regain order. Politics are at play and the Justice
system has run afoul, with help Dr. Daniel Chaos ex-leader of the Hero Network West joins
together with some powerful forces to move forward with his plans for the future of the Hero
Network. The age of vigilantism has come to an end and during the late hours of the night into
