Fifteen years after being ‘Inhuman’ is voted illegal Saga
City is still undergoing some serious changes. Once home to the Hero Network,
and its mightiest heroes. Now a breeding ground for radicals and gangs. The
people of Saga City rely on the governments Black Hand Force to protect them. They
soon learn how deep corruption runs.
The underground weatherman, a
radical group of rouge Hero Network affiliates is onto something big, something
they believe will change the peoples negative opinion on the inhuman population
and spawn a resurgence in the role of vigilante crime fighters. And they will
do anything to see this happen.
Jacob wants nothing more than be
out of the shadow of his father, Genesis. At seventeen he’s showing no sign of
super powers and is feeling like a failure. This and a bionic arm makes him an
easy target for the bullies at his school, his friends are often there to
defend him, but when a chain of events send Saga City into a fiery spiral its
Jacob who has the heart of a lion and steps into a greatness of his own.
